COVID-19 UPDATE

As of Wednesday 2nd December 2020 our showroom will reopen to customers wishing to visit us. Our website will continue to operate 24/7 and you can contact us via telephone during normal opening hours.

  • Our website will remain fully operational 24/7 where you can order vehicles, clothing, accessories & parts for nationwide delivery.

  • Our motorcycle, scooter and ATV showroom is open for the public to visit and view our range of vehicle, we would suggest booking an appointment.

  • Our clothing and accessories department instore is open for the public to visit and view our range of products, we would suggest booking an appointment.

  • Our workshop remains open for appointments ONLY, we will not accept any work unless it is pre-booked. All appointments must be booked using our normal contact methods - All appointments are required to follow social distancing measure and where possible, be fully contactless.

  • Customer Support & Technical Support will remain available via telephone, email, social networks and WhatsApp.

  • Delivery Update:

    Standard parcel couriers are operating as normal but next day deliveries are none guaranteed.

    Our trusted motorcycle & ATV couriers are fully operational to enable us to deliver your new motorbike or ATV right to your door.

    ALL deliveries are contactless to protect our customers, drivers and partners. Due to high order volumes, delays may be expected. Currently vehicle orders are being delivered within 7-28 days from date of order. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate this.

  • Finance Update:

    Our large selection of finance partners have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis. The majority have a limited work force to only undertake essential applications and payouts. During busy periods, finance applications may take longer than normal to process.

    Santander: Operating as normal

    Klarna: Applications can be submit using our online application process and through our website checkout. Klarna Finance UK are only accepting applications upto a loan value of £5,000. Application above this will be declined or postponed until further notice by Klarna. Klarna are still processing, accepting and paying out, this means the majority of our motorbikes, scooters and all accessories can still be delivered.

  • To ensure the safety of both our staff and customers, we are only allowing customers with a pre-booked appointment to enter the showroom, this is to prevent over crowding and to ensure social distancing is adhered to by our customers and staff. A member of staff will be available throughout your visit to assist you where possible.

    All appointments are booked for 30 minutes so please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, late arrivals may be turned away due to other bookings.

    DO NOT ATTEND THE STORE UNLESS YOUR WORKSHOP APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED

  • Upon entry to the store, you must wear a face covering. We have a strict No Mask, No Entry policy which will be enforced during your visit. You will then be asked to use our hand sanitiser station, you MUST use this when entering and exiting the store. Whilst you're vehicle is in our workshop, we do not currently have an indoor customer waiting area.

    A face covering is currently mandatory as requested by law, face coverings became mandatory from 24th July in England.

  • We have a COVID SAFE reception which is completely contactless to protect you aswell as our staff.

  • Vehicles orders must be delivered or collected at a pre-arranged time.

    Delivery: We can deliver to your home address or work place where our delivery team will observe safe social distancing rules.

    Collection: You can collect your vehicle from our store where we have adapted our hand over procedures and ensure safe social distancing throughout.


SERVICING & MAINTENANCE

Our workshop remains open for pre-booked appointments only. When visiting, please read the above points and make note of the below.
  • When attending, please report directly to our service desk ensuring all the above points are adhered to.

  • Please have your vehicle keys and service book ready to provide to our staff member.

    We are currently unable to store your helmet or your clothing whilst the vehicle is in our workshop.

  • We have closed our customer waiting area, this includes refreshment and toilet facilities. Due to this, we advise leaving your vehicle with us whilst the work is carried out and returning once we have contacted you or at an arranged collection time. You are unable to wait inside the store.

We remain fully committed to you - our customers. You are at the forefront of our plans and we will continue to update you with any updates.


Due to an increase in vehicle orders as customers are choosing two wheels rather than public transport, our order processing time is slightly longer. We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and this will be confirmed once your order is confirmed.



We would appreciate customers contacting us via email where possible rather than telephone calls, this is due to the high call volume we are receiving - We don't want to miss you. All emails and messages will be responded to as soon as possible.
