Our Story: A Passion for Riding

WhateverWheels began with a simple passion: a love for the open road and the thrill of riding. Established and incorporated on September 15th, 2009, we started as a small bicycle and scooter repair shop. We quickly progressed into motorcycle sales, initially focusing on small engine sized scooters and motorcycles.

In 2012, we launched our first dedicated e-commerce website, enabling customers nationwide to browse and purchase new motorcycles, used motorbikes, parts, and accessories online. Our workshop facilities underwent a major expansion in 2013, allowing us to offer more comprehensive servicing, repairs, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) services for all motorcycles and motorbikes. In 2014, WhateverWheels expanded into ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) sales, offering a variety of reputable brands.

Our online presence flourished, leading to substantial growth in nationwide sales of motorcycles and solidifying our position as a leading online motorbike dealer. A significant milestone occurred in 2016 when WhateverWheels was proudly endorsed as a Which? Trusted Trader, highlighting our commitment to transparent and high-quality service. In 2019, we entered an exclusive partnership with Yamaha, initially focusing on their sports range of motorcycles, which expanded in 2020 to include the Yamaha leisure range of motorbikes. Building on this, 2021 saw the completion of building work for our new, state-of-the-art workshop facility and an extension to our motorcycle showroom and new clothing department.

In 2022, WhateverWheels officially opened a dedicated Yamaha ATV store on our site in Blackburn, stocking Yamaha ATVs, clothing, parts, and offering full servicing facilities. The Yamaha utility range of ATVs and side-by-sides was added to our portfolio in 2023, completing our comprehensive Yamaha offering and strategically serving the large rural community in our area. Today, in 2025, celebrating 16 years of trading, WhateverWheels is a well-established and recognized Yamaha dealer, having moved to our new HQ on 8 Glebe Street, Great Harwood, which now serves as our dedicated Yamaha showroom. We continue to be a leading retailer of 50cc and 125cc motorbikes and scooters in the UK.
